Customer.io's Startup Program gives you a year of subsidized access to their customer engagement platform—either free (Startup Basic) or $100/month (Startup Plus). You get multi-channel messaging (email, SMS, push), behavioral tracking, segmentation, A/B testing, and API access. The catch: you need to have raised under $10M, use only organically acquired contacts, and be new to their paid tier. If you're already a Customer.io customer, you're ineligible. The program pairs well with other startup stacks—Y Combinator, Techstars, and AWS Activate all bundle additional credits. After 12 months, you convert to standard pricing.
